Professional Experience

Joining NBS Real Estate Consulting in 2020, Collin is responsible for providing support to the NBS-REC team in areas such as market and asset research, due diligence, document review, and initial analytics.

Prior to joining the company, Collin worked as Research Associate for the University of Washington where he was able to hone his analytical and research skills while advancing research areas of the Genetically Engineered Materials Science & Engineering Center. Areas included Biosensing/Bioelectrics devices, Biomaterial Mineralization and Single-Layer Atomic Martials. Also, during his time in Seattle, Collin was active in leadership roles in the UW community.

Collin developed his sales, negotiation and project management skills as a fine jeweler manufacturer for Frank Lau Jewelry Inc. Pursuing a lifelong interest in commercial real estate, Collin hopes to translate his analytical and quantitative skills into a successful real estate career.
